Terms of Service

1. General
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the zhumengpets website and all services provided by our store. By accessing and placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Our store is operated from China, and we primarily sell products to customers located in the United States. All transactions shall be governed by the laws of the United States.

2. Account Information
When you create an account on our store, you are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, complete and secure. You are liable for all orders placed under your account. If you detect unauthorized account usage, please notify us immediately at shop@zhumengpets.com.

3. Pricing & Payment
All product prices displayed on the website are in US Dollars. Prices do not include sales tax, shipping fees or other surcharges unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time without prior notice. Once your order is confirmed, the price for that order will not be changed.
Payment must be completed at the time of checkout. We accept payment methods supported by Shopify. Orders will not be processed until payment has been fully authorized.

4. Orders & Order Cancellation
After you submit an order, you will receive an order‑confirmation email. This email only confirms we have received your order and does not constitute acceptance of contract.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to product out‑of‑stock, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraudulent orders.
Self‑service cancellation for unshipped orders is available within 24 hours after order placement.
If your order is still unshipped beyond 24 hours, please contact our customer support for manual cancellation review.
Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellation is no longer available.
We reserve the right to reject cancellation requests for out‑of‑stock or fraudulent orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery
All goods are shipped from China to addresses within the United States.
Estimated shipping time is 7‑20 business days. Delivery time is an estimate and is not guaranteed; delays may occur due to logistics, customs, weather or carrier issues. We are not liable for losses caused by shipping delays.
You shall provide a complete and accurate US delivery address. We are not responsible for non‑delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer‑provided addresses.

6. Returns, Refunds
Please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy for full rules on return eligibility, return shipping cost and refund processing.
Returned goods must remain unused, in original condition. Custom‑made, personalized pet‑related items are non‑returnable.

7. Intellectual Property
All texts, images, logos and graphic content shown on zhumengpets are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse any content from our website without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that specific order.
We shall not be responsible for indirect loss, consequential damages including loss of profit, inconvenience caused by product use or shipping events permitted under these terms.

9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website for illegal activities, fraud, automated bot‑scraping, interfering with website normal operation.

10. Modification of Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page. Your continued use of our store means you accept the revised terms.
